These guys snap on and off so they're easy to change out.
They are available in either 10 piece single color
or a 5 piece random assorted color.
These are not as durable as the aluminum offering, but for the price you can afford to go through a few. I've been using mine for a few days now and they are actually pretty burly. If you are doing some serious gigging I would steer you toward the aluminum "toopers" though.
